TRIO Restaurant and Bar
TRIO is “Where Palm Springs Eats and Drinks”, located in a historic mid-century building in Palm Spring’s sophisticated Uptown District, is lively and upbeat year-round. TRIO opened in 2009 and has garnered recognition as one of Palm Spring’s top restaurants and hot spots by numerous lifestyle and travel publications and websites. “We love to see visitors discover TRIO. Yet we are a very local-driven restaurant where the locals like to hang out,” observes Tony Marchese, co-owner of TRIO with Mark Van Laanen, executive chef. “The key to our popularity is our food is consistent, we are priced well, servers are friendly and knowledgeable, and there is a welcoming energy in the room,” Marchese adds.
